Salmon Rillettes

This lovely dish is made only from locally sourced fresh ingredients and is very popular at our friendly and unpretentious ‘local bistro’ restaurant ‘Charlie Uniform November Tango’.

Salmon Rillettes

Preparation time: none
Cooking time: 10 minutes (or 7 in the microwave)
Skill level: very easy
Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • salmon rillettes – 1 bag

Method

Place the bag in a pot of boiling water.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Cut the top off the bag and slop the contents onto a posh plate – preferably one of non-specific geometry.

Serve with a salad garnish and a 600% mark up.

Laugh in the general direction of a local counting house.

Enjoy.
