They were straight from the allotment and I've just spent an hour getting the dirt off, bringing to the boil, switched off and scraped the skins off before chopping them. They're in the pressure cooker now, let's hope its worth it. Incidentally, after bringing to the boil the water was a very clear blue, I wonder why. Recipes don’t mention how to clean the blighters.
